The company is providing biometric smart cards, printers, and additional equipment and services for the Israeli Civil Administration (ICA) for the Meitar System. The Meitar system is used by the Israeli Civil Administration to issue biometric ID cards for Palestinians to use to cross Israeli checkpoints in the West Bank. The cards contain personal identifying information and are part of the identification technology array used by the Israeli military in checkpoints.

In 2020, the company was contracted by the ICA to provide Smart Cards for a biometric project for NIS 1,393,237, and to provide smart cards for Meitar System for NIS 1,013,594, for the months of July-September.
