Jerusalem Winery - Agricultural Cooperative Association is an Israeli winery based in the Atarot settlement industrial zone in occupied East Jerusalem. The company has vineyards in Jerusalem Mountains, Carmel Slopes and Judean Plains.

The wines are marketed under the brand name Jerusalem Vineyard Winery, labeled as made in Israel.

In September 2023, the company hosted an event in the Atarot Industrial Zone (IZ) for the owners of the factories in the IZ, in the presence of the Mayor of Jerusalem and the CEO of the Atarot Industrial Zone.

In 2016, the winery received a grant of 15,363,000 NIS from the Investment Authority of the Israeli Ministry of Economy to expand its winery in Atarot IZ. The investment will involve the creation of 10 new jobs in the settlement industrial zone.

Between 2016 and 2021, Jerusalem Winery provided wines and grape juice to the Israeli Prison Service (IPS) for NIS 1,859,424.
