RE/MAX Holdings Inc. is an American international real estate company that operates through a franchise system. The company has franchise real estate brokerages operating globally under the RE/MAX brand and mortgage brokerages in the U.S. operating under the Motto Mortgage brand. The company provides ancillary products and services to its franchise networks. 

The company’s Israeli franchisee, RE/MAX Israel, provides brokerage services for the sale and rental of properties in settlements in the occupied West Bank, East Jerusalem and the Syrian Golan. 

RE/MAX Israel offers dozens of properties for sale and rent in the occupied West Bank, East Jerusalem and the Syrian Golan including in the settlements of Ma'ale Adumim, Beit El, Ofra, Kochav Ya'akov, Tel Tsion, Beitar Illit, Geva Binyamin (Adam), Givat Ze'ev, Efrat, Anatot, Karnei Shomron, and Shim'a in the occupied West Bank; the settlement neighborhoods of Gilo, Ramot, Ramat Eshkol, Pisgat Ze'ev, French Hill, Ramat Shlomo, Armon HaNatziv, Har Homa, and Neve Ya'akov in occupied East Jerusalem; and the settlement of Katzrin in the occupied Syrian Golan. 

In addition, the company operates licensed RE/MAX offices in the settlement of Ma’ale Adumim in the occupied West Bank, in the settlement neighborhood of Pisgat Ze’ev in occupied East Jerusalem, and an office in a shopping center located in a “demilitarized zone” outside the Green Line in the city of Maccabim (Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut).
