CNH engineering machinery has been used in house demolitions in the occupied West Bank. The company's machinery has been previously used for the construction of settlements and related infrastructure, settlement industrial zones, and the Separation Wall.
On April 8, 2025, CASE machinery was documented in the demolition of homes in A-Samu’ town in Hebron Governorate in the occupied West Bank.
In February 2017, Case heavy machinery was documented at the construction site of the Nabi Elias Bypass Road, a settler road being built near the Palestinian village of Nabi Elias in the occupied West Bank. The bypass road involves the expropriation of 25 acres of Palestinian land, including a total 700 olive trees, belonging to the Palestinian villages of Izbat Tabib, Azzun, and Nabi Elias.

In 2013, CASE wheel loaders were documented in expansion works of the Barkan Industrial Zone.
In 2012, CNH EX355 excavators were used during the construction of the settlement of Leshem in the occupied West Bank. In 2008, CNH EX355 excavator was documented during the construction of the Separation Wall in 2008 on the lands belonging to the Palestinian villages of Bidu, Bil’in and Ni’lin and uprooting an apricot and date orchard belonging to the Palestinian village of Artas, in order to expand the infrastructure of the Efrat settlement.
