The company has been planning various construction projects in dozens of settlements. Up until December 2015, the company has planned hundreds of housing units in many settlements in both the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem. Among these settlements are Immanuel, Efrat, Barkan and Ma'aleh Adumim settlement in the West Bank, and the settlements of Pisgat Ze'ev and Har Homa in East Jerusalem.
