The company carried out several infrastructure, construction and real estate projects in the occupied West Bank, East Jerusalem, the Syrian Golan and the Naqab. The company took part in real estate and infrastructure projects in settlements in the West Bank, in infrastructure work for large wind energy projects in the Syrian Golan and provides infrastructure and construction work for the Israeli Ministry of Defense, including in military bases and prisons.
Settlement Construction
In 2020, Minrav completed the construction of 120 housing units in the northwestern outskirts of Givat Ze'ev settlement in the occupied West Bank. The project was built in the framework of Local outline plan no. 220/10, on the lands of the Palestinian village A-Jib.
Between 2016 and 2020, the company constructed 90 housing units on a land of 10,955 m2 in the settlement of Beitar Illit in the occupied West Bank. The project was executed according to a tender of NIS 13.5 million with development expenses of NIS 16.9 million, which was awarded to the company on 18 March 2015. The First International Bank of Israel provided financial accompaniment to this project.
In 2010, the company was also contracted to build a NIS 558 million section of the A1 train route which included a pair of parallel underground tunnels almost 3.5 km long and a connecting tunnel approximately 350 square meters long starting from the Latrun bridge and running almost its entire length through occupied land. In 2008, The company was contracted by Hagihon Company to build and operate a NIS 80 million sewage treatment plant in the northern part of occupied East Jerusalem in Nabi Musa. This facility, on occupied land, mainly serves the settlement neighborhoods of Pisgat Ze'ev, Neve Ya'akov, and French Hill. Water from the facility serves agricultural farms in settlements in the Jordan Valley. The facility became operational in 2014 and Leumi bank provided financial accompaniment for this project in Nabi Musa in August 2016.
The company constructed 102 housing units in the settlement neighborhood of Talpiot East in occupied East Jerusalem.
In 2010, The company completed reconstruction and building work in the Beit Yaakov (Hurva) synagogue in the old city in Jerusalem.
Renewable Energy projects in the Syrian Golan
In 2019, Minrav Group was contracted by Enlight Renewable Energy's subsidiary, Ruach Beresheet L.P, for the construction of the "Ruach Beresheet" (Wind of Genesis) wind farm in the occupied Syrian Golan, for the production of electricity in the amount of about 190 MW. In 2020, the company carried out the planning and execution of the electrical, communication and civil engineering infrastructure, including the turbine foundations, paving roads and crane surfaces for NIS 152 million, in partnership with Nextcom company. In 2024, the company and Minrav Group signed an agreement with Enlight to operate and maintain the project for 20 years.
In 2018, Minrav Group was contracted by Enlight Renewable Energy's subsidiary, Emek HaBacha Wind Energy Ltd., for the establishment of the “Emek Habacha” wind project in the occupied Syrian Golan, together with Nextcom company, for about NIS 136 million. In 2024, both companies signed an agreement with Enlight to finalize the project and to operate and maintain it for the next 20 years. Enlight Renewable Energy owns 40% in the Emek Habacha Wind Energy Project.
Services for the Israeli Ministry of Defense (IMOD):
In 2022, the company completed construction and infrastructure work for the IMOD of the Ramot Campus in the city of Be’er Sheva the Naqab. The Ramot Campus is designated for the Military Intelligence Directorate pre-military training. The project included foundational, development and establishment work for seven buildings on a land of 27,000 m2 for a total of NIS 219 million.
The company constructed the Israeli military's Ariel Sharon Training Campus (also known as the Bahadim City) in the Naqab in partnership with Electra and Binat companies. The project was established under a concession for 25 years and includes the design, finance, construction, operation and maintenance for NIS 2 billion.
The project was flagged as a national project that involved the relocation of 7 military training bases to the Naqab. The campus, built on 250,000 m2 of land, includes 120 buildings, among them soldier barracks, training, classrooms, offices, workshops for handling buildings tanks and vehicles, logistics centers and shooting ranges.
