A large private Israeli winery owned by The Central Bottling Company (Coca Cola Israel).
The winery produces wines from grapes sourced from vineyards located on occupied land in settlements in the West Bank and Syrian Golan.
Tabor Winery has Merlot, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Marselan and Grenache vineyards in Gush Etzion in the occupied West Bank, including a Merlot grapes vineyard in the settlement of Alon Shvut in the occupied West Bank. In 2009, the company planted vineyards in an area of about 100 dunams in the Gush Etzion settlements cluster area.
The winery’s grapes originate also from vineyards located in central and northern Golan and in the settlements of Ortal and Keshet in the occupied Syrian Golan.
