In June 2016, Who Profits documented PADCON's electrical and software components in the Kalia solar field. The field is located in Kalia, an illegal Israeli settlement in the occupied Jordan Valley. Kalia's solar field is built on 135,000 square meters of Palestinian land, all owned by Kibbutz Kalia.

The field is connected to the high-voltage power grid, generating 10.8 Mega. In the same year, PADCON was monitoring more than 200MW in Israel.
