The project also includes the construction and expansion of 35 km of roads and a high-voltage line that will include optical fibers that will be spread across the Golan and will enable high-speed Internet for the settlements in the area.

The 39 wind turbines at the farm were provided by General Electric, which is also responsible for the production, supply, transportation, hoisting, and running of the turbines on site.

The project was built by Minrav and Nextcom which carried out the planning and execution of the electrical, communication and civil engineering infrastructure, including the turbine foundations, paving roads and crane surfaces for the project.

The establishment of the Ruach Beresheet project was financed by a consortium led by Hapoalim Bank in partnership with Migdal Insurance and Financial Holdings Ltd. in the amount of NIS 1.05 billion out of an estimated cost of NIS 1.25 billion.

In June 2023, Enlight energized the first wind turbines at the wind farm.
