In 2008, the company submitted a report about the A1 fast train line from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. This train line crosses into the occupied West Bank in two areas, and thus makes use of occupied Palestinian land for an exclusively Israeli transportation project.
AB Plan also provided the transportation economics services for Tedem Engineering, the management company for the rails electrification project for Israel Railways, including the electrification of the tracks in the occupied territories.
