The company’s subsidiary One Security Computing Projects Division, an authorized supplier to the Israeli Ministry of Defense, has carried out multiple projects in the field of intelligence and Cyber for the Israeli military, including the Intelligence Corps, ICT Division and the Israeli Air Force.

In 2006, Tescom Software Systems Testing, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, opened an IT outsourcing center in the settlement of Modiin Illit in the occupied West Bank, for training of Jewish women residents of the settlement.

In 2013, The company won a NIS 700,000 tender to provide computers and servers maintenance to the Israeli military.

Between 2017 and 2020, One Software won several tenders, in value of more than NIS 800,000, from the coordinator of government activities in the occupied territories, for IT consultant and management of “Meitar” system. Meitar system is used by the Israeli Civil Administration to issue biometric ID cards to Palestinians for use in checkpoints in the West Bank. The cards are issued in three checkpoints in Qalandia, Tarqumiyah and Sha'ar Ephraim. The biometric cards contain identifying information that is being stored in "Rolling Stone" system, a population registration system of Palestinian population in the West Bank, operated by the ICT and Cyber unit of the Israeli military, and can be used for intelligence purposes. As of 2020, 600,000 biometric ID cards have been issued in Meitar system. The use of identification technology by the Israeli military in checkpoints is part of the deployment of surveillance practices and technologies used for population control and spatial monitoring of Palestinians by Israel.

Between 2017 and 2020, Harel Information Technologies, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, won several tenders to provide computers and ICT equipment to the Israeli District Coordination Office of Gaza and to the Israeli Civil Administration in the West Bank.

In 2018 and in 2020, Taldor Communication, a wholly owned subsidiary of One Software, won several tenders from the Israeli Civil Administration for the provision of consulting services to the Meitar system. Between 2018 and 2021, the company won several tenders from the Israeli Civil Administration for the provision of maintenance services of queuing systems as part of a Biometric project in the West Bank. In 2018, the company won a NIS 550M tender to serve as the main contractor for ICT services in the Digital ICT and Cyber Campus of the Israeli military in the Naqab for a period of 25 years.
