Based in Spain, the company operates an online travel agency for lodging reservations and other travel products. The company include five travel brands: eDreams, GOVoyages, Opodo, Travellink and Liligo.

Through the company’s three brands eDreams, Opodo and Travellink, the company promotes properties located in illegal settlements across the occupied West Bank, East Jerusalem and Syrian Golan. Properties in Israeli settlements in the West Bank are listed as located either in Israel or in “Palestinian Territory - Israeli settlement”. Listings in the Old City of occupied East Jerusalem and the Syrian Golan are listed as located in Israel, misinforming consumers that book short-term or long-term rentals. In all cases, the company failed to inform consumers of the settlements’ illegal status under international law and their location on occupied land.

Properties in the “eDream” brand’s website www.edreams.com were found in settlements across the occupied West Bank. In the settlement of Kfar Eldad properties were listed as located in “Israel”. In the settlement of Neve Daniel, Shilo, Ma'ale Levona, Geva Binyamin, Nili, Ovnat, Kalia, Vered Yeriho, Shadmot Mehola and Bat Ayin properties were listed as located in “Palestinian Territory, Israeli settlement”. Listings were also found in the settlements of Kfar Adumim, Ma’on, Metzoke Dragot, Tekoa and Almog where the website failed to provide the label of the location.

Listings were also found in the settlements of Pisgat Ze’ev and the French Hill in occupied East Jerusalem and in the Old City of occupied East Jerusalem all of which were mislabeled “Israel.”

Listing on “eDreams” website were also found in the illegal settlements in the occupied Syrian Golan. All the properties in the settlements of Neve Ativ, Odem, Merom Golan, El-Rum, Bruchim Qela' Alon (Kela Alon), Sha'al, Ein Zivan, Ortal, Alonei Habashan, Kidmat Tsvi, Qatsrin, Keshet, Ani'am, Yonatan, Had Nes, Ma'ale Gamla, Moshav Ramot, Natur, Avnei Eitan, Eli Ad, Neot Golan, Giv'at Yo'av, Afik, Hamat Gader, HaOn, En Gev, Ma'agan and Tel Kazir were listed exclusively as located in Israel.

The “Opodo” platform www.opodo.co.uk offers rental properties in settlements in the occupied West Bank, including:  Shadmot Mehola, Shilo, Ma'ale Levona, Nili, Geva Binyamin, Neve Daniel, Bat Ayin, Metzoke Dragot, Tekoa, Ovnat, Vered Yeriho and Kalia which were listed as located in “Palestinian Territory, Israeli settlement.” Listings in the settlement of Kfar Eldad were mislabeled as located in “Israel”. Listings were also found in the settlement of Almog and Kfar Adumim in the occupied West Bank.

Properties were also found in the settlement of Pisgat Ze’ev in occupied East Jerusalem, and in the Old City of occupied East Jerusalem all of which were mislabeled “Israel.”

The “Opodo” website offers rental properties in settlements across the occupied Syrian Golan, including: Nimrod, Odem, Merom Golan, Bruchim Qela' Alon, El-Rum, Ein Zivan, Kidmat Tzvi, Had Nes, Qatsrin, Ani'am, Keshet, Moshav Ramot, Ma'ale Gamla, Yonatan, Avnei Eitan, Afik, Giv'at Yo'av, Nov, Ne'ot Golan, Tel Kazir, HaOn and Natur were mislabeled as located in “Israel”. Properties in the occupied Syrian Golan were also found in the settlements of Neve Ativ, Sha’al, Eli Ad and En Gev where the website failed to provide the label of the location.

Additionally, eDream’s “Travellink” brand website www.travellink.com offered properties in the settlements in the occupied West Bank. Listings in the settlement of Kfar Eldad were mislabeled as located in “Israel”, while listings in the settlements of Geva Binyamin and Kalia were listed as “Palestinian Territory, Israeli Settlement”. The website also offered listings in the Old City of occupied East Jerusalem which was mislabeled as located in “Israel”.

The platform also offers rental properties in the occupied Syrian Golan, including in the settlements of: Had Nes, Moshav Ramot, Ma’ale Gamla, Natur, Nov, Avnei Eitan, Afik, Neot Golan, Giv'at Yo'av, Ani'am, Yonatan, Keshet, Qasrine Ein Zivan, Sha’al, Bruchim Qela' Alon, Odem, El-Rum, Kidmat Tsvi and HaOn listings were mislabeled as located in “Israel”. Properties which were offered in the illegal settlement of Neve Ativ were not labelled.
