Shamrad Electronics (1977) Ltd. is a private Israeli manufacturer of security and control systems, CCTV cameras, specialized audio, IT and communications infrastructures, multimedia, mass warning and P/A systems.

The company is an authorized supplier for the Israeli Ministry of Defense, the Prisons Services, Israel Police, Government Offices, and the Local Government Economic Services.

Services to Israeli Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) and the Israeli Civil Administration (ICA):

In May 2023, the company won an exception from tender by the Israeli Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) to provide maintenance services of low voltage systems for the Israeli Civil Administration (ICA) for the period between June 2023 and May 2024 for NIS 300,000.

Also, in 2023, the company was awarded three contracts with the Israeli Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT). The contracts included the Maintenance of low voltage systems and purchases totaling NIS 41,687. In 2022, the company was awarded three contracts with COGAT for the same services totaling NIS 259,284. In 2021, the company was awarded four contracts with COGAT, including the provision of warehouse security cameras and cameras for the service centers, totaling NIS 282,041.

Between the years 2015 and 2020, the company was awarded 35 contracts with COGAT totaling NIS 3,592,140 of which NIS 635120, was for the provision of security services, and the installation of cameras and a CCTV surveillance network for COGAT's biometric projects.

In 2016, the company signed a contract with the ICA worth NIS 18,801 for the maintenance of a CCTV surveillance network.

Services to the Israeli Police:

In April 2022 the company won a tender with the Israeli Police for the procurement of front command room equipment, as well as in April 2021 for the provision of security services and operational equipment.

The company is a franchisee of the Israeli Ministry of Internal Security for the implementation of protection systems within the framework of the "A city without violence" project. The company was awarded three times the framework tender for supplying security systems to all the units and divisions of the Israeli Military. In February 2016, a security camera with the company’s logo was documented in the Qalandiya checkpoint.

In 2017, the company won a tender to provide and install security cameras in the settlement of Kiryat Arba in the occupied West Bank.

Service to the Israeli Prison Services (IPS):

Between 2015 and 2020, the company installed, provided maintenance and repair services, and operated security systems for the Israeli Prison Services (IPS), under 11 contracts totaling NIS 1,600,934.
