YSB - the Ya’acobi Brothers Group operates in the fields of construction, infrastructure and green environment. The group specializes in the planning, integration, execution, service and maintenance of projects within a wide range of fields.
Greennet Recycling and Waste Treatment Ltd. A partially owned subsidiary of the group owns a waste sorting plant in the Atarot Settlement Industrial Zone, in the occupied West Bank. The plant is fully owned by the YSB group. The factory markets the recycling materials in Israel and around the world.
In June 2023, Menolead Herut Systems, a fully owned subsidiary of the group, won a tender issued by Israel Electric Corporation for the excavation and laying of cables at the exits from Ma'ale Efraim settlement electrical substation, in the occupied west bank.
In June 2022 Ariel-Wimasor another fully owned subsidiary of the group, won a tender issued by Jerusalem municipality for maintenance and upgrade works of Mount Scopus tunnels, in the occupied East Jerusalem.
In 2021, Ariel-Wimasor reached an agreement with Shapir and CAF to provide traffic lights to be connected to the Jerusalem Municipality's control center and the traffic light system Falcon, which was developed by the company and was chosen to manage the traffic in the city for ten years.
In 2019, the subsidiary was contracted by the Jerusalem Municipality as an "additional eligible" candidate for the installation and maintenance of traffic lights in and around the city. The company would provide works for traffic lights in areas located on occupied lands, such as roads connecting to the settlement of Ma'aleh Adumim, roads in the French Hill settlement neighborhood, and roads inside the Palestinian villages of Beit Hanina, Shufat, and Anata.
In June 2023, Menolead Herut Systems won a tender issued by Israel Electric Corporation for excavation and trenching works for the ARAN wind renewable energy project in the occupied Syrian Golan.
In August 2023, Ariel-Wimasor Traffic & Parking Control, was contracted by the Israeli Police for the procurement and maintenance of checkpoints and gates for NIS 525,000 between September 2023 to December 2023.
In 2019, the Menolead Herut Systems won a NIS 1,800,000 tender with the Israeli Police to continue providing maintenance work for police structures and systems in the Jerusalem District, which includes the West Bank, the police national headquarters in Jerusalem, and the border police headquarters in Jerusalem. The work stretched from 02 January 2020 until 30 June 2020.
In 2021 and 2019, the subsidiary won contracts worth NIS 135,900 and NIS 152,529 respectively with the Israeli Prison Service (IPS) for providing maintenance for electric gates in the IPS units. In 2019, the company won another contract worth NIS 27,853 with the IPS for fixing an electric gate.
In 2013, the company supplied maintenance services to the tunnels on Route 60 (also known as the “Tunnels Highway”), which leads from Gilo settlement to Gush Etzion.
