Shufersal operates a retail chain of supermarkets and drugstores and an online shopping platform. Through its subsidiaries, the company is also active in the real-estate, travel sector and finance sectors.
The company operates supermarket and drugstore branches under the brand names “Shufersal”, “Shufersal Deal”, “Yesh Chesed” and “Be” in settlements in the occupied West Bank, East Jerusalem and the Syrian Golan.
These include branches in the settlements of Ariel, Maaleh Adumim, Modi'in Ilit, Efrat and Beitar Ilit in the occupied West Bank; branches in the settlements of Ramat Eshkol, Ramat Shlomo, Pisgat Ze'ev and Gilo in occupied East Jerusalem;.and a branch in the settlement of Katzrin in the occupied Syrian Golan. The company also operates a store in Shilat, located beyond the Green Line in no-man’s land.
Through Shufersal Online Shop, the company sells products made in settlements of the occupied Syrian Golan, including dairy products produced by Ramat Hagolan Dairies, and wine products produced by Golan Heights Winery and Carmel Wineries. Also, it sells the products of Achdut-Achva a company that operates in Ariel, a settlement in the West Bank.
Between 2015 and 2018, Shufersal supplied food products and refreshments to the Israeli Prison Services (IPS).
