The company has been involved in the construction of two sections of the Seam Zone, an area of the occupied West Bank annexed to Israel by the Wall.
The company planned streets and patrol roads in the settlements of Ariel, Emanuel, Maaleh Adumim, Alfei Menashe and Har Adar in the West Bank. It was also involved in the expansion of the settlement of Modi'in Illit.
Peretz Sela was also involved in the planning of three checkpoints in the occupied Palestinian territory: Jaba' checkpoint, Ni'lin checkpoint, and Nitzarim checkpoint.
In addition, the company was involved in construction in three Israeli military bases: Zikim, Nitzanim, and Ofir.
