Services to the IMOD
In 2020, the company’s fully-owned subsidiary, Matrix I.T. Advanced Information Systems Ltd., was contracted by the Israeli Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) and the Israeli Civil Administration (ICA) to provide an IT consultant analyzer for the “Rolling Stone” System, for the months of July-September 2020, for NIS 173,753; in June 2019 for NIS 243,243; and in 2018 until June 2019 for NIS 345,428.
The Rolling Stone System is operated to monitor and collect data on Palestinians and issue work permits for Palestinian workers working in Israel and in Israeli settlements.
Between the years 2016-2017, the company provided IT consultants for COGAT.
In March 2020, the company was contracted by the ICA in the settlement of Beit El, to provide computer services until the end of January 2021 for NIS 243,243.
In 2019, the company’s fully owned subsidiary, Matrix I.T. Integration & Infrastructures Ltd., was contracted by COGAT to provide active communication equipment for COGAT headquarters for NIS 20,701.
In 2018, the company was contracted by the ICA in Beit El to provide screens for “Meitar” System as part of a Biometric Project, for NIS 29,886. The Meitar system is used by the Israeli Civil Administration to issue biometric ID cards to Palestinians for use to cross Israeli checkpoints in the West Bank.
