Services to the IMOD
In 2020, the company’s fully-owned subsidiary, Matrix I.T. Advanced Information Systems Ltd., was contracted by the Israeli Coordinator of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT) and the Israeli Civil Administration (ICA) to provide an IT consultant analyzer for the “Rolling Stone” System, for the months of July-September 2020, for NIS 173,753; in June 2019 for NIS 243,243; and in 2018 until June 2019 for NIS 345,428.
The Rolling Stone System is operated to monitor and collect data on Palestinians and issue work permits for Palestinian workers working in Israel and in Israeli settlements.
Between the years 2016-2017, the company provided IT consultants for COGAT.
In March 2020, the company was contracted by the ICA in the settlement of Beit El, to provide computer services until the end of January 2021 for NIS 243,243.
In 2019, the company’s fully owned subsidiary, Matrix I.T. Integration & Infrastructures Ltd., was contracted by COGAT to provide active communication equipment for COGAT headquarters for NIS 20,701.
In 2018, the company was contracted by the ICA in Beit El to provide screens for “Meitar” System as part of a Biometric Project, for NIS 29,886. The Meitar system is used by the Israeli Civil Administration to issue biometric ID cards to Palestinians for use to cross Israeli checkpoints in the West Bank. The cards contain personal identifying information and are part of the identification technology array used by the Israeli military in checkpoints.
In 2018, the company was contracted by the ICA to provide routers and communication equipment for the years 2018-2020 for NIS 48,682, and to provide laptops for NIS 62,127.
Also in 2018, the company was contracted by the Israeli District Coordination and Liaison in Gaza to provide computer screens for NIS 63,149.
In 2017, the company was contracted by COGAT to provide biometric equipment meant to identify Palestinians in the West Bank.
In 2017, the company’s fully owned subsidiary, John Bryce Training Ltd., won a 3-year tender to provide training for the Israeli army around Cyber Security and Information Security.
The company offers Information Security and Cyber studies to the public which according to its website are delivered in a unique simulator that is used to train soldiers in Israeli military cyber units.
In 2011, the company won a 3-year tender for the development and maintenance of a PowerBuilder based software development system for the IMOD, for an estimated amount of hundreds of thousands NIS a year.
In addition, the company developed a unified system for all of the Israeli military’s websites.
In 2008, the company developed a training set for the Israeli military’s armoored troop vehicle.
Services to settlements
The company’s subsidiary, Matrix Global, operates an offshore development outsourcing center in the settlement of Modi‘in Illit in the occupied West Bank. The center, which was established in 2005, is named “Talpiot” after the Israeli military’s elite training program unit.
In 2020, the company’s fully-owned subsidiary, Matrix I.T. Integration & Infrastructures Ltd., provided computing services for Ariel university, located in the settlement of Ariel in the occupied West Bank.
Services to Israel Prison Service (IPS)
In November 2021, the company’s fully-owned subsidiary Matrix I.T. Software Products Ltd., was contracted, with an exemption from tender, by the IPS, to renew a contract for the maintenance of Organizational Report Generator from 2022 until the end of 2024 for NIS 886,274. In 2020, the company was contracted by the IPS, with an exemption from tender, for the provision of Linux System maintenance until 2023.
Services to Israel Police
Since 2015, the company’s fully owned subsidiary, John Bryce Training Ltd., has been the training contractor in the Israel Police National Training Center project for the concessionaire from the Shikun & Binui Group.
