Pelephone is an Israeli provider of cellular and communication services.

The company has a license for providing cellular services in illegal settlements in the occupied West Bank until September 2032.

As of 2022, Pelephone has at least 157 cellular antennas on occupied land in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, and 19 cellular antennas in the Syrian Golan.

In 2021, Pelephone was one of the Israeli cellular companies along with Cellcom and Partner, to win a tender by the municipality of the settlement of Beitar Illit in the occupied West Bank, for the right to use land to install cellular antennas.

In 2020, Pelephone signed a one-year agreement with the Israeli Civil Administration (ICA) in the occupied West Bank, for the installment of amplifiers improving cellular reception. The ICA published an exemption from tender for Pelephone, because its employees are subscribed to and are clients of Pelephone.

In 2013-2014, the company had an agreement with the Efrat Economic Development Company (belonging to the settlement of Efrat in the occupied West Bank) whereby the latter operated as an agent of telecommunication providers Cellcom and Pelephone. The two companies charged the Efrat Economic Development Company for the purchase of equipment and services, while the latter received 2% from the companies’ profits.
