קיי-9 סולושנס בע"מ

A private Israeli company that provides sniffer dogs to detect explosives and weapons, and for inspection and deterrence for civilian and security agencies.

Among the company's clients are the Israeli Ministry of Defense and the Crossing Points Authority (CPA), which is in charge of Israeli checkpoints in the occupied West Bank and surrounding the Gaza Strip.

Services for Checkpoints

Gaza

In October 2025, the company was contracted by the Israel Tax Authority as sole supplier to provide outsourcing services for performing dog inspections at the customs inspection site at the Israeli-controlled Kerem Shalom Crossing for inspection of goods entering the Gaza Strip, from January 2026 until December 2026 for NIS 560,736.

The contract is part of the establishment of an Israeli customs inspection site at the Kerem Shalom checkpoint to inspect humanitarian aid and cargo entering the besieged Gaza Strip using sniffer dogs in security inspection processes. The site was established in October 2025 in cooperation with the Israeli Ministry of Defense (IMOD).

According to the contract, K-9 Solutions was authorized and approved by the Israel Police to operate dogs at the checkpoint. Kerem Shalom Crossing, controlled by Israeli authorities, is a main access point for humanitarian aid and humanitarian personnel to the besieged Gaza Strip. Since October 2023, Israel has significantly restricted and completely blocked the entry of food and humanitarian aid into Gaza, creating a severe humanitarian and famine crisis. According to humanitarian aid organizations, Israeli authorities are delaying and preventing the entry of life-saving aid and essential goods through Kerem Shalom into Gaza by implementing a lengthy, non-transparent, and logistically complicated inspection process for cargo.

West Bank

In January 2026, the company published a job ad for dog handlers for a security body. The ad states that the job area includes Hashmonaim, which is the name of a settlement in the occupied West Bank and a checkpoint operated by the Crossing Points Authority (CPA) next to it.

In 2008, the company's dogs and dog handlers were documented searching cars belonging to Palestinians at the Qalandiya checkpoint.

Israeli Ministry of Defense

In June 2021 and August 2019, the company issued price quotations to the IMOD for operating sniffer dogs to perform scans for inspection and deterrence on a mission basis of NIS 1,200 for up to four hours and NIS 60,000 for a total of 50 missions.
