A private construction company.
The company is currently involved in the construction of a new housing project in the settlement
of Ma’aleh Adumim in the occupied West Bank. Named Kdm, the project includes the
construction of three buildings and a variety of apartments.
In previous years the company was involved in the construction of 60 housing units in the
settlement neighborhood of Gilo, 90 housing units in the settlement neighborhood of Har Homa
and 64 housing units and 16 cottages in the settlement neighborhood of Pisgat Ze’ev, in occupied
East Jerusalem. In the occupied West Bank, the company was involved in the construction of 72
housing units in the settlement of Ma’aleh Adumim.
