An Israeli food production and marketing company, the largest food group in Israel. 

The company has the largest distribution network in Israel of chilled and frozen products, including a wide range of dairy products, meat, fish, frozen vegetables, doughs and frozen and chilled food. Tnuva owns the brands Tnuva Milk, Tnuva Cottage, Emek Cheese, GO Piraeus, Yoplait, YOLO, Tnuva Alternative, Adom Adom, Mama Of, Sunfrost, Maadanot, Tnuva Fish, and more. 

The company's second largest shareholder, Mishkey Kibutzim Agricultural Cooperative Society (23%), is a cooperative association which includes settlements in the occupied West Bank and the Syrian Golan, including the settlements of Beit Ha'arava, Gilgal, Yitav, Almog, Na'aran, and Kalia in the occupied West Bank, and the settlements of Mevo Hama, Kfar Haruv, Gshur, Afik, Ein Zivan, Merom Golan, Ortal, El Rum, Neve Eitan, Sha’ar Hagolan and Odem in the occupied Syrian Golan.

Settlement Production 

Tnuva is the largest provider of milk and dairy products in Israel. Some of its milk originates from dairy farms located in the occupied West Bank and the Syrian Golan, including the settlements of Almog, Shadmot Mehola and Kalia in the Jordan Valley, and in the settlement of Rosh Tzurim in the occupied West Bank. Additional dairy farms are located in the settlements of Gshur, Kfar Haruv, Afik, Meitsar, Alumot, Yonatan, Ma'agan, Keshet, Kanaf, Ne'ot Golan, Giv'at Yo'av, Avnei Eitan, Ma'ale Gamla and Kidmat Tsvi in the occupied Syrian Golan. 

Services to Settlements 

The company’s brand “Tnuva GO” sponsors gym complexes in settlements in the occupied West Bank, including in Jordan Valley, Elkana, Alefi Menashe, Beit El and Givat Ze’ev, and in the settlement neighborhoods of Pisgat Ze’ev and Gilo in occupied East Jerusalem. 

Services to the Israel Police and Israel Prison Service 

Tnuva supplies food products to the Israel Police and the Isreal Prison Service (IPS). 

In July 2018, the company won a joint tender for the Israeli Police and the Israel Prison Service for the purchase of grocery products for five years for a total amount of 52,000,000 NIS.

In July 2023, the contract for supplies to the Police was extended until January 2024 for NIS 6,000,000, and to the IPS for NIS 22,000,000. In October 2023, the contract was expanded with additional supplies to the Police until the end of December 2023 for NIS 9,000,000. In December 2023, the contract for supplies to the Police was extended until June 2024 for NIS 5.5 million. 

In February 2024, the company was awarded a tender from the IPS for the supply of grocery products and eggs until the end of March 2024 for 6,000,000 NIS.

In June 2024, the company was contracted with exemption from tender to provide the Police with additional grocery shopping for NIS 1,500,000. 

In September 2019, the company won a tender for the purchase of meat, poultry, fish and frozen products for the Israeli Prison Service and the Israel Police for a period of five years. Between September 2019 and September 2024, the company provided the services under the agreement for an estimated average amount of approximately NIS 34,000,000 per year.

In September 2024, Tnuva was awarded a tender from the IPS for the supply of meat, poultry, fish and frozen products until January 2025 for 17,000,000 NIS. In May 2025, the contract with the IPS was extended until the end of June 2025 for 800,000 NIS. 

In September 2024, the company was contracted by the Israel Police with exemption from tender to provide meat, poultry and fish products until January 2025 for NIS 1,800,000. 

Palestinian Captive Market 

Tnuva enjoys access to the Palestinian captive market and markets its products in the occupied West Bank. In 2016, Tnuva Group's sales to the Palestinian Authority amounted to hundreds of millions of shekels. 

Prior to the Israeli invasion of the Gaza Strip in October 2023, the company marketed its products in Gaza, which has been under Israeli siege since 2017, with Israel controlling and restricting the goods entering it. In 2014, 200 tons of Tnuva products were imported to Gaza every day, mainly milk and cream, and distributed in about 1,700 stores. In 2012, the import value of Israeli products bought in Gaza amounted to NIS 1.3 billion.
