Impact Property Developers Ltd., also known as RE/MAX Israel, is the largest Israeli real estate brokerage agency, a franchisee of the American international real estate brokerage network, RE/MAX (Real Estate Maximums), which operates through franchises. The company also has a real estate school.
The company provides brokerage services for the sale and rental of properties in settlements in the occupied West Bank, East Jerusalem and the Syrian Golan.
The company's website lists at least 99 properties for sale and rent in the settlement neighborhoods of Gilo, Ramot, Ramat Eshkol, Pisgat Ze'ev, French Hill, Ramat Shlomo, Armon HaNatziv, Har Homa, and Neve Ya'akov in occupied East Jerusalem.
In addition, the company's website lists at least 65 properties in the settlements of Ma'ale Adumim, Beit El, Ofra, Kochav Ya'akov, Tel Tsion, Beitar Illit, Geva Binyamin (Adam), Givat Ze'ev, Efrat, Anatot, Karnei Shomron, and Shim'a in the occupied West Bank. The website also lists property in the settlement of New Givon (Givon Ha'hadasha), which was built around the home of the Palestinian Gharib family, leaving them inside a small, isolated compound surrounded by a fence within the settlement, with every exit from their home requiring going through an Israeli military checkpoint.
