This sub-category refers to the Israeli and international corporations providing services and equipment to the Israeli military, police, and prison services.
Civilian firms supply the Israeli military with equipment and services specific to the needs of the military occupation. These include, for example, the specially armored D9 bulldozers supplied by Caterpillar, specially designed simulators and software, specialized anti-demonstration equipment, and services to soldiers stationed in occupied territory.
Although we investigate Israeli weapons and military equipment manufacturers like Elbit Systems, generating profit from Israel’s continued military occupation, capitalizing on sales to the Israeli military and security apparatus, and marketing their products and systems as “battle proven,” we do not investigate the Israeli arms trade per se.
