The SK Group is a privately held technology and innovation holding company, specializing in global para-military solutions, marine infrastructures and property development. SK Group provides small arm systems, electro-optic and laser solutions, imaging systems, naval solutions and more.

The company's subsidiary Israel Weapon Industries` (IWI) products are deployed by the Israeli army. The company’s weapon systems include the New CARMEL® and ARAD® Assault Rifles, the trust worthy TAVOR® Assault Rifles, the X95® (Assault Rifle & SMG), the DMR (Designated Marksman Rifle) TAVOR 7®,  the reliable NEGEV® Light Machine Guns, the well-known GALIL ACE® Assault Rifles, the renowned GALIL SNIPER® S.A. Rifle, DAN.338® Bolt Action Sniper Rifle, the legendary UZI® SMG in its latest evolution – UZI® PRO the acclaimed JERICHO® pistols and the new MASADA® striker-fired pistol.

IWI's firearms are developed in close collaboration with the Israeli army. The two have established joint Research & Development teams to create these weapons.

Jointly developed by the IWI and the Israeli army, the company's TAVOR rifle is in use by the Israeli army. It was used during the Israeli assault on Lebanon in 2006 and during the Israeli assault on Gaza in 2014. The rifle was sold to police units in USA, Thailand, India and Cyprus, and to countries in Latin America and Asia. In September 2021, the armies of Cyprus and Egypt conducted a joint military training, and were documented using TAVOR rifles during the training.

In May 2020, the Israeli police contracted IWI for the provision of Negev guns accessories, in a 4-year contract worth 300,000 NIS.

Mepolight, another subsidiary of the company produces optical and electro-optical devices. Its products are developed in collaboration with the Israeli army, and it is the first body to try to products.

Company products were used during the 2014 Israeli assault on Gaza. In 2016, the company was awarded a contract to supply the Israeli army with thousands of MEPRO M5\RDS Red Dot Sights, designated for quick shooting.

In 2021, the company won an Israeli police contract for the supply Meprolight products.

The Xaver-100 Radar system manufactured by the subsidiary Camero-Tech was also used by the army during the Israeli assault on Gaza in 2014.

Company subsidiary, Israel Shipyards, is a provider of the Israeli navy and Israeli police. In 2020, the company was assigned by the IMOD and navy to design the combat ship RESHEF, which will replace the SA`AR 4.5 also manufactured by the company.

In 2021, the company was awarded a 150,000 NIS contract with the Israeli police to provide shipyard services to police vessels.
