The company operates public bus lines to Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank and in occupied East Jerusalem.
In 2012, the company won an Israeli Transportation Ministry tender to provide bus services to the settlement of Modiin Illit in the occupied West Bank.
In 2011, Kavim merged with Illit, which operated bus lines in the settlement of Beitar Illit in the occupied West Bank. In 2016, the company was selected to continue providing bus services to Beitar Illit under a new tender until 2028.
Several Kavim bus lines also serve the settlement neighborhoods of Ramot and Gilo in occupied East Jerusalem and the settlement of Givat Zeev in the occupied West Bank.
Additionally, the company operates a customer service call center in Beitar Illit and several card issuance stations in Modiin Illit and Beitar Illit.
Through its subsidiaries Kavim Lanofesh (100%) and Kavim Lateva (50%), the company is a partner in the Society for the Preservation of Nature Megalim Eretz, a limited partnership that provides guided tours to Israeli high school students to the occupied Syrian Golan.
