A publicly traded Israeli construction and real estate company engaged in the construction and development of residential and commercial, industrial, office and hi-tech building projects.
The company owns a commercial center in the Alfei Menashe settlement in the occupied West Bank.
As of December 2022, the company owns a total area of 400 square meters worth NIS 1,080,000 yet to be sold in a commercial center.
In 2018, the construction of the commercial center was completed by the company. In July 2008, the company won a tender published by the Civil Administration and the Ministry of Construction and Housing for land totaling 1,200 square meters designated for the construction of approximately 977 square meters of commercial space in Givat Tal in Alfei Menashe.
The commercial center was constructed adjacent to the company’s residential project “Amirei Nof”, which includes at least 400 housing units sold by the company. The project was partly built on the lands of the Palestinian village of Azun.
In 2018, The company was also involved in a construction project in the settlement of Har Homa in occupied East Jerusalem.
