Mercantile Discount Bank accompanies construction projects in the occupied territory:
Mercantile Discount Bank is accompanying a project of the Israeli construction company A. Hezi Building and Investments to build 36 housing units in Gilo Hillsides West.
Mercantile Discount Bank provides financial accompaniment to 2 housing projects in Ariel that are currently under construction and another project that was completed in 2015:
- Mercantile Discount Bank is accompanying the third stage of the Green Ariel project, which is being built by Kachan Investments Company and includes 50 housing units and a commercial center in the southeast of Ariel. Stage C of the Green Ariel project is built according to Local Outline Plans 130/2/3 and 130/2/3/1, which refer to land belonging to the Palestinian village of Salfit.
- Mercantile Discount Bank is accompanying the 18 housing units project "The House in Ariel by the University", which is being built in southeast Ariel by the Israeli company S.A.G (Valul) Building & Development. This project is executed in the framework of Local Outline Plan 130/2/3, which refers to the land of the Palestinian village Salfit. This project is due to be completed in June 2017.
- Mercantile Dicount Bank accompanied the 51 housing units project "The House in Ariel" of the Israeli conpany S.A.G (Valul) Building & Development in the south of Ariel. The project that was completed in 2015, was executed under Local Outline Plan 130/2/4, which refers to the land of the Palestinian villages Salfit and Marda.
The Mercantile Discount bank extended credit to the Israeli construction company Kotler Adika to purchase an area of 2,268 m2 in the Mishor Adumim Industrial Zone and a build structure on this land.
Mercantil discount bank provided a mortgage for a homebuyer in the settlement of Beitar Ilit (from 2009).
Mercantile Discount Bank granted two loans to Har Hevrom Regional Coucil: a loan of NIS 4.8 million for construction of educational facilities and other projects in March 2016 and a loan of NIS 2.42 million for refurbishment of 11 security vehicles in the council's settlements in March 2016.
Mercantile Discount bank also operates an account for Har Hevron Regional Council with an initial deposit of NIS 140,000.
Mercantile Discount Bank has branches in the West Bank settlement of Beithar Illit and in in the East Jerusalem settlement neighborhood of Ramot. The bank also operates a branch on Salah ad-Din Street, in a Palestinian neighborhood of East Jerusalem.

Israel Discount bank currently provides financial accompaniment for construction projects in Gilo and Neve Ya'akov. Israel Discount Bank also accompanied a construction project in the settlement of Alfei Menashe.
Israel Discount bank also provides mortgages to homebuyers in settlements: a mortgage for four homebuyers in Ariel (from 2003, 2008 and 2010) and three homebuyers in Alfei Menashe (from 2007).
Israel Discount bank provides loan to regional councils of settlements:
A loan of NIS 1.5 million granted to Gush Etzion Regional Council in May 2016.
A development loan for 10 years granted to Gush Etzion Regional Council in June 2015.
A loan of NIS 6 million granted to the Gush Etzion Regional Council in July 2014.
