A development and construction firm. The company constructed housing projects in the settlement of Ariel in the occupied West Bank and in the settlement neighborhoods of Har Homa (Homat Shmuel) and Ramat Shlomo in occupied East Jerusalem.
In the settlement neighborhood of Har Homa, the company has built 122 housing units. In addition, together with Solel Boneh, the company has built 126 housing units and a commercial center in Ramat Shlomo.

Subsidiaries
The Henig family formerly owned a South African company, Menrav International. During the Apartheid regime, the company built thousands of housing units under the framework of a public housing tender of the South African government.
