These branches and other branches located within the Green line market real estate properties for sale and for rental in many settlements in the West Bank, including Maale Efraim, Adam (Geva Binyamin), Alfei Menashe, Alon Shvut, Gush Etzion, Har Adar, Efrat, Shaked and Ma’ale Adumim.
In occupied East Jerusalem, the company markets and rents properties in the settlement neighborhoods of Gilo, Har Homa, Ramat Eshkol, Ramot, French Hill, Pisgat Ze’ev and the Jewish Quarter in the Old City.
S.A.L. Hatach Enterprise & Investments Ltd., privately owned by Ronen Shitrit, is the controlling shareholder (68%) in the company.
Other Shareholders: Good Metal Ltd. (14%), Tuv Ha’aretz Nadlan (2009) Ltd, (10%), Toska Management and Investments Ltd. (5%), Hanoch Wasserzug (2%) and Danit Gaon (1%)
