Currently, the company is involved in the construction project “Barkan in Ariel”, a new housing
project in the settlement of Ariel in the occupied West Bank.

The company is also involved in a construction project in the settlement of Adam (Geva
Binyamin, according to plan 240\2\14\3\1 on the lands of the Palestinian village of Jaba’a.
In previous years, the company was involved the construction of 48 housing units and cottages
project in the Giva’at Hazayit neighborhood, as well as the construction of 30 housing units in
Hadekel neighborhood and another housing project in the neighborhood of Giva’at HaTamar, all
located in the settlement of Efrat.

The company was also involved in the construction of a religious college in the settlement of
Alon Shvut and the construction of 84 housing units in the settlement of Ma’aleh Adumim. The
company was also involved in the construction of 68 housing units in the settlement of Beitar Ilit
in the occupied West Bank.

In occupied East Jerusalem, the company was involved in the construction of a housing project
in the settlement neighborhood of Pisgat Ze'ev.
