Food supply for the Israeli military

In 2019, the Israeli Ministry of Defense purchased 21 tons of sweets from the company for Israeli soldiers.
In 2007, the company signed an agreement with the IMOD to supply raw tahini, halva, cakes and cookies to the Israeli military’s kitchens and combat rations. The scope of the agreement amounted to NIS 5.5 million.
Interestingly, upon the beginning of the first Palestinian Intifada in 1987, the company decided to stop selling its products to the Palestinian market, which then constituted 25% of the company's sales, and to focus on exporting its products internationally.
