Between August 2023 and February 2024, the company operated a postal facility in Bitunya Checkpoint in the occupied West Bank for the Israeli Civil Administration (ICA) for a total of NIS 1,883,835.
In 2018, the compamy was contracted by the ICA to provide security services at the Civil Administration’s headquarter complex in the settlement of Beit El in the occupied West Bank for NIS 20,480,586.

Security Services for Settlements
Security services for settlers in East Jerusalem
The company provides security and guarding services for Israeli settlers, settlement compounds, and settlers' shops and facilities in occupied East Jerusalem, under a contract with the Ministry of Construction and Housing.

In September 2010, a security guard working for Modi’in Ezrachi shot and killed a Palestinian resident of Silwan in East Jerusalem.
Between 2021 and 2023, the company provided the Ministry of Construction and Housing security services in occupied East Jerusalem, including security and guarding services for Israeli settlers residing in settlement compounds located in Palestinian neighborhoods in occupied East Jerusalem. The services included security services in settlement compounds in the City of David, a settler compound located in the Palestinian neighborhood of Silwan, and in Kfar Hateimanim (Ha-Shiloaḥ), which includes several settlers’ compounds located within the Palestinian neighborhoods of Batn al-Hawa and Silwan in occupied East Jerusalem. The services included guarding and escorting the residents.
In May 2023, the company won a tender by the Ministry of Housing and Construction for security and guarding services at facilities in occupied East Jerusalem.
The tender includes the provision of security services in the area of the Old City: the Old City, and the Western Wall Tunnel tourist site which passes under the houses of the Muslim Quarter; the City of David area: the settlement neighborhoods of Kfar Hateimanim, Kidmat Zion (located within the Palestinian neighborhood of Abu Dis) and Nof Tsiyon (located within the Palestinian neighborhood of Jabel Mukaber), and the Palestinian neighborhoods of Abu Tor and Abu Dis; Mount Olives area: Ras al-Amud, the settlement neighborhood of Beit Orot, Mount of Olives, and Shim'on HaTsadik Tomb (in the Palestinian neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah), for 12 months with the option to extend for additional periods of up to 48 additional months.
The services include the securing of the Jewish residents in occupied East Jerusalem; guarding and securing houses, apartments, shops, buildings and tourist sites, yeshivas and places of study; Secure, foot and mobile escort services in East Jerusalem; Static guarding and security services and walking tours in East Jerusalem; Operation of control and control centers in the City of David, the Old City, and the Mount of Olives Ridge; Operating a set of technological centers to manage all the means of the protection systems, control and monitoring of the escort system; Operation of stone-protected patrol vehicles in East Jerusalem for patrolling; operation of protected shuttle vehicles for the residents; and guarding, security and escorting visitors to the Jewish cemetery on the Mount of Olives.
Between January and June 2023, the company received for these services a total of NIS 15,577,385. In 2022, the company received NIS 29,484,496; and in 2021 NIS 45,061,880.
In June 2023, the company published a job ad for the recruitment of security guards for the City of David.
In August 2022, the company was contracted by the company for the Reconstruction and Development of the Jewish Quarter in the Old City of Jerusalem to provide janitorial and security services.

In 2016, Modiin Ezrachi security guards shot to death a brother and sister, aged 16 and 23, at the Qalandiya checkpoint. Since 2019, these checkpoints have been operated by T & M Protection Resources Holdings Israel.
