A private Israeli company that provides security and cleaning services to private, government and public entities, including the Israeli Ministry of Defense.  

Private Security at Checkpoints

The company provides security guards and inspectors to Israeli checkpoints in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem for the Israeli Ministry of Defense Crossings Authority and the Israel Police.

Services to the Israeli Ministry of Defense

The company provides security guards and inspectors at checkpoints for the Israeli Ministry of Defense’s (IMOD) Crossings Authority, which operates 15 checkpoints in the occupied West Bank. The company has also provided security guards and inspectors for the Erez Checkpoint, which up to October 2023 was the only crossing for the movement of people between the besieged Gaza and Israel and the West Bank.

According to a response to a Freedom of Information request submitted in April 2018 by Who Profits to the Israeli Ministry of Defense, the company provides security and cleaning services at checkpoints in the occupied West Bank.

In 2006, the company won a tender from the Israeli Ministry of Defense to provide security guards for Checkpoint 300 (Rachel's Tomb) and Beituniya checkpoint in the occupied West Bank, and Erez Checkpoint for an annual amount of about NIS 20 million. That same year, the company placed its first security guards at the Erez checkpoint as part of the IMOD plan to naturalize checkpoints in the West Bank and surrounding the besieged Gaza Strip, replacing soldiers with private security guards.

In June 2024, the company recruited inspectors and security guards for the Hotze Shomron checkpoint. In November 2024, the company recruited cleaners for the Hotze Shomron checkpoint.

In July 2021, the company recruited inspectors for the Lamed Heh (Jab'a) checkpoint.

In December 2014, according to a media report, Palestinian workers refused to pass through the Sha’ar Efraim checkpoint because of its harsh conditions and the maltreatment by Sheleg Lavan security guards operating it. Later that month, one worker died at the checkpoint from these harsh conditions.

Services to the Israel Police

The company provides the Israel Police with security guards for six checkpoints in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem.

In 2019, the company won tender No. 8102/19 from the Israel Police for the provision of security services in six checkpoints that are under the responsibility of the Israel Police located near the Separation Wall in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem in the so-called “Jerusalem Envelope” area. The company was awarded the tender’s “Segment A - Northern Sector” which includes the Qalandiya, Bituniya, Shuafat, Ofer, Hizma and Al-Jib checkpoints.

The services include the placement of security guards, maintaining their operational competence, and providing a logistical and administrative services for the security guards according to the Israeli police’s technical specifications for a period of 14 months with the option to extend the contract period for additional periods of one year each or in part up to three additional years.

In January and June 2024, the company recruited security guards for the Jerusalem Envelope.

Services to the Ministry of Tourism

The company provides physical and armed security services at the Ministry of Tourism bureaus and branches located in the occupied West Bank, East Jerusalem, and the Syrian Golan.

In January 2024, the company won tender no. 14/2023 of the Ministry of Tourism for the provision of armed physical security services and mission manager services. The company was selected to provide Physical and Armed Security services until January 2025, with an option to extend the contract for an additional four years. According to the tender, the company is obligated to provide the services at the Ministry of Tourism bureaus at Rachel's Tomb site in the occupied West Bank and Allenby Bridge Crossing, which is the only access for West Bank Palestinian residents to travel abroad, and at its branches in the Old City in occupied East Jerusalem, Gush Etzion settlement in the occupied West Bank, and Katzrin settlement in the occupied Syrian Golan.

In January 2025, the company was contracted by the Ministry of Tourism, with an exemption from tender, to extend the contract to provide physical and armed security services until January 2026 for NIS 1,572,000.

Services to Settlements

In July 2021, the company won a tender published by the Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut Municipality to provide cleaning and landscaping services for streets and open areas within the municipality's municipal territory. The municipality’s border stretches across the Green Line into the “demilitarized zone” in the occupied West Bank.
