That same year, the company placed its first security guards at the Erez checkpoint as part of the IMOD plan to naturalize checkpoints in the West Bank and surrounding the besieged Gaza Strip, replacing soldiers with private security guards.
In June 2024, the company recruited inspectors and security guards for the Hotze Shomron checkpoint. In November 2024, the company recruited cleaners for the Hotze Shomron checkpoint.
In July 2021, the company recruited inspectors for the Lamed Heh (Jab'a) checkpoint.
In December 2014, according to a media report, Palestinian workers refused to pass through the Sha’ar Efraim checkpoint because of its harsh conditions and the maltreatment by Sheleg Lavan security guards operating it. Later that month, one worker died at the checkpoint from these harsh conditions.
