The company is involved in two construction projects in Har Homa settlement neighborhood and a construction project in Pisgat Ze'ev settlement neighborhood in occupied East Jerusalem.
The company was also involved in construction projects in the settlements of Maaleh Adumim and Efrat in occupied West Bank.
A 2019 court case was filed against the company for applying a discriminatory policy against Palestinians seeking to rent/purchase properties developed by the company shows the company also has a discriminatory policy against Palestinian tenants.
