A private Israeli construction and development company. The company's head office is located in the settlement neighborhood of Pisgat Ze'ev in East Jerusalem.
In 24 June 2010, Mery Building Works won a tender of NIS 2.1 million with development expenses of NIS 1.9 million to build 12 housing units on a land of 2,678 square meters in northwestern Pisgat Ze'ev, east of the Palestinian village of Beit Hanina.
The "Forest" and "Top Forest" Projects, as they are called, are projects of luxury apartments, including penthouses, villas and duplex houses. The projects are located near Mir forest, a 1 km2 forest of the Keren Kayemeth (Israel of the Jewish National Fund), situated between Neve Ya'akov and Pisgat Ze'ev in Wadi Qelt. As the company states, each house has an "amazing view". As of the end of 2016 the company still marketed apartments in the project.
