The compnay is involved in constructing housing projects in illegal Israeli settlements across the occupied West Bank and occupied East Jerusalem, including in Ma'ale Adumim, Efrat, Neve Daniel, Beitar Illit and Pisgat Ze'ev.
The compnay is currently involved in the construction of 66 housing units in Pisgat Ze'ev, occupied East Jerusaelm, taking over 10,000 sq meters of Palestinain land. The project, built in accordance with Local Outline Plan 8150, is accompanied by Hapoalim Bank.
Hapoalim Bank is also accompanying the company's residential project in the settlement of Beitar Illit, built in accordance with Local Outline Plan 426/7/ב, which refers to the lands of the Palestinian village Husan. The bank holds as collateral all present and future rights derived by the company from its development contract with the Israeli Civil Administration.
Eli Yohanan Engineers was a contractor with the Israeli Ministry of Defense for the construction of the Separation Wall.
