An Israeli private construction firm. The company has formed various parivate partnerships to develop and build infrastructure, housing projects and roads in several West Bank settlements.
It has developed and built a neighbourhood in the Israeli settlement Etz Efraim, a commercial area in the settlement Mevo Khoron, and it has planned and executed a major extension of the Barkan industrial zone, all in the occupied West Bank.
For the Barkan expansion, the (full) subsidiary Ben Hasharon holds and operates a stone quarry near Barkan, which exploits Palestinian natural resources for the Israeli settlement expansion.
The company has won the contract to build section D of railway for the new fast train Tel Aviv- Jerusalem. This section includes a bridge and a tunnel in the occupied West Bank, partly on privately owned Palestinian lands.
